GLENDALE, WI (MAY 23, 2022) – BAYSHORE adds even more sizzle to summer with the opening of Flip Flop Tiki Bar, a beach-inspired concession stand located adjacent to The Yard, BAYSHORE’s central community area. The tiki bar will be open Wednesday through Fridays from 3- 9 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Currently, a full grab-and-go menu of appetizers, wraps, bowls, Sammies and salads will be available as well as a variety of beers, wines, seltzers and sodas. Nomad Nitro and cold brew will be available for patrons looking for an afternoon recharge. Starting in June, a full tiki bar menu will include slushies, tropical tiki drinks and margaritas.
Owner Mike Eitel, a long-time Milwaukee restauranteur, has been excited about all the new development at BAYSHORE and feels it’s the perfect venue for the tiki bar based on the growing popularity of the center and its wide array of summer festivities for all ages.
