Tenant Coordination Our tenant coordination team works closely with the asset and property management groups to coordinate all aspects of tenant operations from lease execution to store openings.

We manage the tenant improvement process through lease negotiations, budgeting, plan review and design, infrastructure, municipal approval, sub-contractor management and construction. In addition, our team acts as the liaison between the tenant representative, construction personnel and Landlord to ensure that projects are completed according to defined timelines and budget parameters.
