Leasing Our leasing teams have extensive national tenant and broker relationships and a proven track record in direct, on-point retail leasing along with strong planning, financial coordination and communication skills. We work closely with big-box anchors, junior anchors, restaurants, specialty, lifestyle, entertainment and small shop retailers. Currently, our leasing portfolio includes 3.4 million square feet.

Principal responsibilities of the leasing team include but are not limited to developing leasing plans and strategies for each asset; identifying shopping center deal opportunities; overseeing and evaluating the activities and progress of leasing agents, contractors, vendors, and consultants; and providing weekly reporting packages for all properties in the portfolio.
