Scott joined the company in the Retail Services division in 1987. He has served in many management capacities within the company including managing director of the Staubach Retail Services South Florida operations and establishing the Atlanta Southeast office in 1994.

Scott joined Cypress Equities in 2001 and serves as partner of the Cypress Southeast region. Scott’s development projects include Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, AL (338,000 SF), Plantation Point in Raleigh, NC (390,000 SF), Spanish Fort Town Center in Spanish Fort, AL (834,000 SF) and The Village at Leesburg in Leesburg, VA (489,000 SF).

Scott currently directs the Cypress Equities Managed Services business designed to provide clients with strategic solutions increasing the long-term value of their retail and mixed-use assets.
