 HUGH KELLYPrincipal – Northeast Region Hugh joined the company in the Retail Services division in 1992 to start the Northeast office. He has served as the managing principal of the Northeast Region for more than 15 years, overseeing offices in New York, Philadelphia and Boston. During this time, Hugh has completed numerous brokerage transactions for many of America’s top retailers. In 2006, Hugh became the managing principal of Cypress Equities’ Northeast region. Hugh’s projects include freestanding developments for Home Depot and Wal-Mart in Pennsylvania and Whole Foods in Connecticut.
