Kirk joined Cypress Equities in 2006 as Vice President of Development. Overseeing the entire Central Region, Kirk is currently working on extensive mixed-use projects that span from Texas to Minnesota including Centennial Shops in Edina, MN; Evans & Rosedale and West 7th in Fort Worth, TX and Village on the Green and Shops at Mockingbird in Dallas, TX.
