Senior Vice President of Development – Central Region

Kirk joined Cypress Equities in 2006 as vice president of development. Overseeing the entire Central region, Kirk is currently working on extensive mixed-use projects that span from Texas to Minnesota including Centennial Shops in Edina, MN; West 7th in Fort Worth, TX and Village on the Green and Shops at Mockingbird in Dallas, TX.

Kirk’s varied background of real estate expertise includes site selection, development, acquisitions, dispositions, loan placement, leasing, management and valuation of all types of commercial real estate. Some of his past accomplishments include the assembling and disposition of a 14-building, $92 Million office portfolio; the asset management of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial properties; and the development of a national retail building development program.
