GARY FRAZIER
Director of Construction

Gary joined Cypress Equities in 2006 following a 23-year career with commercial general contractors. Prior to Cypress Equities, he was the vice president regional manager of the Dallas office for Lee Lewis Construction. Gary’s project experience includes high profile projects in hospitality, office, institutional and retail projects throughout North Texas.

As director of construction, Gary’s responsibility is to lead the selection process of the highest qualified designers, engineers, and contractors. Our team of project managers will manage every aspect of the design and construction process including pre-development and due diligence, planning engineering and design; construction management, cost management and accounting services, schedule control and information flow.
