Randa joined Cypress Equities in 2007 and is responsible for the marketing and public relations programs for the destination-class retail, residential, mixed-use, and resort properties. This includes strategic planning, development, and oversight of all marketing initiatives that better position Cypress’ projects with retailers and customers in today’s ever-changing economic environment.

She has extensive experience in building programs that generate brand awareness, consumer traffic, and sales leads utilizing different communication disciplines including advertising, public relations, direct marketing, promotions, online marketing, and special events.

Randa received an MBA with an emphasis in international business from The University of Texas School of Management (Dallas) and graduated Beta Gamma Sigma for the highest level of academic achievement. She earned a bachelor’s in communications from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
