MIKE HOLSOMBACK
Managing Director

Mike joined Cypress Equities as director of finance in April of 1998. As managing director, he oversees the capital structure for all of Cypress’ development projects and fund initiatives and serves as a member of Cypress’ investment committee. Since joining Cypress, he has overseen the equity and debt raise for $4 billion of development projects and funds.

Prior to joining Cypress, Mike spent five years with Guaranty Federal Bank. As a construction lender with Guaranty, Mike was responsible for lending to all Dallas/Ft. Worth based developers. Project lending ranged from retail, office, industrial and multi-family. During his time with Guaranty, he was responsible for over $650 million of new construction loans.

Mike attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance.
