Mike joined Cypress as Director of Finance in April of 1998. His primary responsibility is the oversight of the capital structure for all of Cypress’ development projects and fund initiatives. In addition to his finance responsibilities, he helps manage the day to day business affairs of Cypress – including serving as a member of Cypress’ Investment Committee. Since joining Cypress, he has overseen the equity and debt raise for $4 billion of development projects and funds.
