Director of Asset Management

Lynn joined Cypress Equities after several years with HSM Equity Partners as their senior vice president of asset management. As director of asset management, Lynn’s primary responsibility is to direct the management and performance of Cypress Equities’ national real estate investment portfolio to ensure that its value is maximized and enhanced over a projected hold period in order to achieve the investors goals and expectations. This includes the supervision and direction of property management, lease underwriting and negotiations, management of capital investments, as well as overall cash management.

Lynn has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Northern Illinois University with an emphasis in pre-law and a minor in psychology. In addition, she is an active member of both the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®).
