JEFF COKER
Managing Director

Jeff joined Cypress Equities in July 1998 and is responsible for the development process for Cypress Equities nationwide. As managing director, he helps manage the day-to-day operations of Cypress and is a member of Cypress’ investment committee. His construction and development background gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction.

Jeff has been involved in several different phases of Real Estate since 1983. His experience has ranged from property management, construction, land acquisition, office development, and retail development. Prior to joining Cypress, Jeff worked with Cottonwood Partners heading their property management division and was responsible for the oversight of 35 employees and a nine-property portfolio totaling over 1.5 million square feet of class A office buildings.
