Jeff joined Cypress Equities in July 1998 and is responsible for the development process for Cypress Equities nationwide. As Managing Director, he helps manage the day-to-day operations of Cypress and is a member of Cypress’ Investment Committee. His construction and development background gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction.
