By combining the resources of this team, AutoStar provides automotive dealers a flexible, one-stop location that creates broad capabilities and unparalleled expertise to service the industry that provided sale/leasebacks and first mortgage financing.

In 24 months, AutoStar had committed over $1.3 Billion in capital to the industry through the coordination of a dedicated Cypress team that accessed relationships developed by the SRS Real Estate Partners platform. AutoStar was sold in total to iStar Financial in the fall of 2006.
